All six units are owned and managed directly by WNU LLC — there's no separate property management company in between. You're always dealing with the owner directly.

Money & payments
Security deposit amounts are outlined in your lease agreement and collected at signing through TurboTenant. Contact us for the exact figure for your property.
Rent is paid monthly through TurboTenant, due on the 1st of each month.

Living in the unit
Leases are joint and several — meaning all tenants named on the lease are collectively responsible for the full rent and any damages, not just their individual share.
Subletting requires prior written approval from WNU LLC. Reach out before making any subletting arrangements.
Guests are welcome, but tenants are responsible for their guests' conduct and any related damages or disturbances.
Pet policies vary by property — contact us directly before signing if you're planning to bring a pet.
Submit maintenance requests through TurboTenant. For urgent issues — no heat, a water leak, no power — email us right away so we can respond immediately.
